Coverage Options for Cars, Trucks and SUVs

Our company is certified in all 50 states and has stayed in business 40 years, long enough to learn that a contract is worth exactly what its covered parts list says. Our car extended warranty plans pick up where factory coverage ends. An auto repair warranty concentrates on the mechanical and electrical failures behind most large repair costs. An auto protection warranty stretches the list further into electrical, comfort and convenience components, so its exclusion page is shorter and its price is higher. We walk you through each one by phone or video, component by component.

  • Car Extended Warranty

Compare powertrain, stated-component and exclusionary plans so your coverage matches the parts most likely to fail on your car.

  • Auto Repair Warranty

Coverage that pays for covered repairs after a mechanical or electrical breakdown, matched to the parts your vehicle is most likely to need.

  • Auto Protection Warranty

Broad coverage for the systems that fail on modern vehicles, from AC compressors to control modules, with the plan wording explained before you choose.

Why We Explain Contracts Part by Part

Our customers are everyday drivers who would rather budget for repairs than be surprised by them. A failed transmission or a seized A/C compressor in a Gulf Coast summer can cost more than a month's pay, and very few people set money aside for that day.

So we make the contract readable. We talk in parts and causes instead of sales language: why a water pump weeps coolant before it quits, what a torque converter does, and which plan will actually pay when it goes. You can work with us at our office or by phone and video, in English or Spanish.

How Getting Covered Works

Most drivers finish the whole process in one phone or video call.

  1. 1

    Share your vehicle details

Have your odometer reading handy, along with the year, make and model and any service records you keep. Your VIN confirms the exact engine and transmission so the plan options match what is actually under the hood.

  2. 2

    Compare coverage side by side

We lay out two or three plan levels and show which parts each one pays for. You see the difference between covering just the powertrain and covering the cooling, steering and electrical systems too.

  3. 3

    Choose your terms and payments

You pick the deductible, term length and payment schedule. We explain any waiting period in the contract before you sign.

  4. 4

    Use it when something breaks

When a covered part fails, the repair shop contacts the plan administrator for authorization before work starts. Covered repairs are paid according to the contract, and you pay your deductible.

How We Help You Pick the Right Plan

Most plans look alike on a brochure. The differences show up in the fine print, so that is where we start.

  1. 01

We read the component list with you

A powertrain plan covers the engine block, cylinder heads, transmission, torque converter and drive axles. A stated-component plan adds named parts like the alternator, water pump and A/C compressor. An exclusionary plan covers everything except a short list. We explain which level fits your vehicle and why.

  2. 02

Honest answers on what is not covered

Wear items such as brake pads, rotors, tires, wiper blades and clutch discs are normally excluded, and so is damage from skipped maintenance. We tell you that up front so a denied claim never catches you off guard.

  3. 03

    Plans matched to your odometer

Late-model vehicles and well-worn ones break in different ways. A newer SUV still close to its factory term is more likely to need sensor, camera and control module repairs. A truck with six figures on the clock starts to show gasket leaks, stretched timing chains and slipping transmissions. We steer you toward coverage built around the failures your vehicle is likely to face.

  4. 04

The cost split across the year

Flexible payment options let you break the plan price into predictable monthly payments. For most families that is far easier to absorb than a surprise bill for a rebuilt transmission landing all at once.

Questions Drivers Bring to Us

Is an extended warranty the same as a vehicle service contract?
Most people treat the two terms as one. Technically, a warranty comes from the manufacturer with a new vehicle, while coverage you buy afterward is usually a vehicle service contract that pays for covered repairs. We tell you which kind you hold and what it pays for.
Is coverage still possible on a high-mileage vehicle?
In many cases, yes. The choices narrow as the miles climb, and powertrain plans tend to stay available longest. Share your VIN and odometer reading on a call, and we will show which plans your car, truck or SUV can get.
What is usually not covered?
Routine service such as oil changes is not paid, and neither are parts that wear by design, like brake pads, tires, wiper blades and clutch discs. Damage from neglect, accidents or aftermarket changes is usually left out too. We go over each exclusion with you before you sign.
What if I change my mind after buying?
You can cancel within 30 days at no cost and get your whole deposit back. Use those days to read the full contract, and call us with any questions.
Does the plan come with roadside assistance?
Yes. Roadside assistance is part of the warranty, so a dead battery, a flat or a car that will not start is taken care of through your plan instead of a separate bill.
What are my payment choices?
We offer flexible payment options. Many drivers choose monthly payments to keep the cost in step with their budget, and we review the full schedule with you before you sign.
Can I get help in Spanish?
Yes. We work in English and Spanish, so you can go over your coverage and contract in the language you prefer.

What Raises or Lowers a Plan's Price

No extended warranty comes with a set price tag. The administrator looks at how likely your exact vehicle is to break down and what its usual repairs cost, and prices the contract from that. Here is what shifts the figure.

Your quote starts from your VIN, odometer reading and chosen coverage level, and we walk through each line of it with you. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

How old the vehicle is and how far it has gone
Every mile wears down bearings, bushings and seals. More miles make a claim more likely, so the same level of coverage costs more.
How the drivetrain is built
A turbocharger, an automatic with eight or more gears or air suspension brings larger repair bills than a simple four-cylinder without a turbo and a basic gearbox. Coverage for vehicles with those parts is priced higher.
How much the plan covers
Plans limited to the powertrain are the cheapest. Exclusionary plans reach infotainment screens, power window regulators and electronic control modules, so they pay for more and cost more.
Your deductible at each shop visit
Choosing a larger deductible brings the plan price down. A smaller one raises the price but lowers what you hand over at the shop.
Length of the contract
Adding years or miles to the term raises the total, and in return coverage lasts through more of the vehicle's life.
